In deep drawing processes the materials are subjected to very high stresses and to prevent damage we use different lubricants, which must be completely removed at the end of the production process both to satisfy the customer specifications and in an overall environmental sustainability perspective.

We guarantee the total removal of potentially polluting products both through washing treatments and by committing ourselves to test and use more sustainable lubricating oils.

In addition to cleaning operations, to ensure the compliance with roughness tolerances and the absence of burrs, we perform internally tumbling, shot blasting and ultrasonic cleaning processes.

Additionally, we collaborate with neighboring companies specialized in thermal treatments (quenching, kolsterising, etc.), galvanic treatment and phosphating to offer our customers a wider range of services.
